Approach by car : The Ferrata car park is located in the town of Redován near the swimmingpool and sports center. Once entering in Redován we get towards the upper part of the town and follow the Sports Center indications. The parking is just 40 meters from the entrance of the swimmingpool and sports center.

Approach by ferrata :
The entrance is very evidente. He have to leave the parking lot by a path just where there is an information board with the ferrata description on it. By the crossroads you will find some indications and then an ascending path that first crossing goes to the left handside, and after passing a thalweg, another crossing is taken again and now to the right handside and just 5 minutes after will take us on the same wall of the beginning of the ferrata.

Description of the Ferrata :
The beginning of the ferrata begins with a small vertical section that in just 10 meters passes a horizontal section, after it again another vertical section that takes us to the first bridge. Then we cross over it and when this ends we have a less vertical section that leads to the 2nd bridge, a Tibetan one. After doing the same there is a section that is not equipped, so we follow a small path over 25 meters, which leads us up to the right handside to the 3rd bridge, made with wooden logs. Now again a small vertical section and then a horizontal one that leads us to a 2nd Tibetan bridge bended outward. So behind it and almost continuous we will find a steel beam. There is a small esplanade and we reach the most difficult part of the ferrata within a vertical and outbound rock section. After overcoming it we continue on another vertical section until we reach a small esplanade, then we see a bridge with a wooden beam and after passing it a last vertical section will takes us to the end of this section. A little further up we find the crossroads wich one end takes us back to the parking lot (right handside) and another one on the left handside leads us to the sports track ferrata.

Return :
Once the equipped section is finished we go down to the parking lot along a path in not good shape so go with caution because it is quite exposed, with sand and loose stones along the way. As it goes down we find several climbing areas until we connect with a PR track (white and yellow marks) that will leave us in the parking lot.
